Medicare Care Plan – Yes, a referral is required from your GP or Specialist prior to commencing treatment.

During an initial consultation, a thorough history will be taken. Your main concerns will be identified and assessed.  Your condition will be explained clearly to you and then treated appropriately.  Treatment will vary depending on your condition but may consist of:

•     Manual (hands on) therapy

•     Massage therapy

•     Exercise therapy

•     Education

•     If required you will be referred for imaging (x-rays/MRI) or to a specialist

We have everything you need for the treatment: massage table, consumables, etc…

You can provide your own towels and pillow if you prefer.

For a thorough assessment and treatment it is ideal for your physiotherapist to observe the area of concern. Therefore you should wear shorts for lower back and lower limb injuries. For neck and upper limb injuries a singlet top is recommended. If you have any concerns with this please discuss them with your practitioner.

You can pay online at the time of your booking or in person at the end of the consultation.

We accept cash and credit cards.

Contact your insurance provider to find out if you are covered for physiotherapy.

You can claim online or at your local health-fund office by presenting the invoice.

We understand that schedules can change. As our clinicians travel to patients’ homes and allocate dedicated time for each appointment, we kindly ask that clients provide sufficient notice if they need to cancel or reschedule.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

This allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient who may require care.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of $80 aud.
